The staff there were helpful and absolutely kind. Its location was prime, really close to the markets, mall and food court, Jimbaran beach and hams for snacks. It also was to rent a bike in the area.

The location of this place is great, right next to the beach and restaurants, with the Bukit district being a must-visit area.

Location: the hotel was not far from Sidewalk shopping centre, Sidewalk shops and restaurants and a lush green garden, the classic, modern, clean, serenity. Really helpful and very helpful people were working here. I was offered a room with incredibly beautiful views of garden.

The location of this place is cool as it is close to a restaurant, the airport, a big mall called SideWalk, and it is situated on an incredible island.

Had a very good stay with marvelous Butler's service. the location was peaceful, just a short walk away from Fc Building. There was a modest restaurant, a shopping mall, and supermarkets next door.

This place has a great location right next to Telaga Waja Rafting Bali, and it's just a 15-minute drive from the airport.

The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming, with beautiful natural stone accents and a warm, inviting color scheme. The general areas of the hotel are well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for senior people like me to move around comfortably. The hotel's accessibility is also great, with ramps and handrails in place to assist those with mobility needs.

I would have liked to see more assistance available for senior people during our stay. It would have been helpful if the children working there were more proactive in offering assistance and making sure that we were comfortable throughout our vacation.

The resort provided the exclusivity of a modern home with spacious areas for us to unwind and enjoy a quality family holiday. The highlight of our trip was the Jet Ski adventure, which was extremely enjoyable and conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the beach area. With professional Jet Ski guides, we were able to challenge ourselves and have a thrilling experience together as a family.

My kids wished there was a dedicated kids' club at the resort.

Conveniently situated in a tranquil area, you can easily walk to all the nearby spots. 🚶‍♂️

The resort offers a unique dining experience under a canopy of stars, surrounded by beautiful flower arrangements and a view of the paddies. It felt like dining in a romantic movie scene!

Limited hot water for showers in the evening.

Room was spacious and updated. the bed was really comfy. Loved that they had an electric kettle, fridge, and glasses - super convenient for making a cup of tea or keeping drinks cold. 🌟
